2. What is BOOKMYTAXI.MY (BMT) private taxi fees & charges ?


Our taxi service quotations are calculated based on the vehicle type, and not the number of passengers. Whether you are looking to book an affordable one-way transfer trip, multi-day reservations or a one-day service, the price you received is the nett charges per day or per trip. The taxi fare we’ve provided are all inclusive of drivers, vehicles, petrol surcharge, and all related road tolls in Singapore and Malaysia.

No additional fees will be imposed. For multi-day reservations, there is no need to provide the driver’s accommodation and meals.

3. What is BOOKMYTAXI.MY (BMT) operating hours ?


Our multi-day taxi reservation or one-day service period is calculated based on 8 hours per day.
If it is overtime, there will be a surcharge of SGD10 to SGD20 for every additional hour. 
In order to maintain the driver’s good service quality and spirit, daily trips are encouraged to be between 8-10 hours, so that the driver can have a good rest and be well-prepared for the next day challenges.

4. Does BOOKMYTAXI.MY (BMT) provide taxi services outside the service areas ?


Yes, we do ! Our service area encompasses the whole of Peninsula Malaysia, so whether you are setting off from Singapore or Johor Bahru we are always ready to serve you.

5. Private taxi booking for multi-day service


We mainly provide 7-person recreational vehicle (MPV), which can accommodate up to max 6 passengers and 1 driver. The main model in our fleet is the Toyota Innova (7-seater mpv), Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (7-seater mpv), Hyundai Starex (10-seater mpv), 13-seater mini-coach or 16-seater mini-coach.
In terms of interior space for the Toyota Innova/Alphard/Vellfure, it can carry up to 4 passengers with luggage and if you are going for a short trip then it can easily accommodate 6 passengers with backpacks.

To book my private taxi service, passengers have to select their pick-up and drop-off location in Singapore along with the location for disembarkation in JB (e.g., Singapore to JB Senai Airport or Singapore to JB City Centre Terminal). The final pricing will be displayed on screen. All you need to do is make your payment using credit card or cash.

6. Can 6 adults and 1 child book the Toyota Innova vehicle ?


Regrettably we are unable to do so. Overloading is illegal, and a 7-seater recreational vehicle has a maximum of 6 passengers and 1 driver. 
Dangerous on the one hand and illegal on the other, it’s not worth the risk to save a little money.
If 7 passengers need to bring on luggage, it is recommended to use our larger vehicle type such as the Hyundai Starex, 13 seater mini coach or 16 seater mini coach.
